Using the site
By using roadside.tools (the Site) you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. The Site is published by Our Landmen LLC.
Stands are independent
Roadside tool stands, pulga stalls and trade lots are independent businesses. Their hours, prices, payment methods and stock change without notice. Stand details on the Site come from community tips and visits; we don't promise that a stand will be there or will have a given tool.
Testing and buying
The field test and the test bench are general guidance, not a warranty or an inspection of any tool. Test every tool yourself before you pay. Our Landmen LLC is not liable for tools bought from independent vendors, new or used.
What you send us
When you tell us about a stand, you're saying the details are right to the best of your knowledge. We may review, edit or remove any listing at our discretion.

Limitation of liability
Our Landmen LLC disclaims all liability for transactions, disputes, injuries or losses between buyers and independent roadside tool vendors.
