Notice Regarding Directory Listings & Trade Tool Testing: RoadSide.Tools is an independent directory and trade community catalog mapping roadside tool tiendas, hardware stands, and open-air tool merchants. Tool evaluations, bench test checklists ("Cálalo" guides), and vendor details are provided for informational and trade community reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing or submitting information through roadside.tools (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.

2. Informational Nature & Disclaimers

The interactive directory, vendor profiles, community spotter features, and testing diagnostic simulators presented on the Site are provided for trade community discovery and equipment education:

Independent Merchant Transactions: RoadSide.Tools does not sell, ship, warrant, or fulfill tools directly. All commercial transactions, tool purchases, warranties, and test-bench trials take place independently between visitors and local roadside vendors or retailers.
Tool Safety & Field Testing: Visitors and tradesmen must observe all standard OSHA, manufacturer safety protocols, and PPE standards when inspecting, testing, or operating power tools, compressors, pneumatic nailers, or heavy machinery.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use this Site only for lawful business inquiry purposes. You agree not to:

Deploy automated scrapers, crawlers, harvest scripts, or data-extraction tools to mass-harvest directory listings, articles, or calculator data.
Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or spam contact submissions.
Attempt to probe, breach, or compromise the security, rate-limiting, or server architecture of the Site.
Impersonate any person, business entity, or licensed professional.
